Reporting to the Supervisor, I&C (Tools and Applications) at our Cranberry Woods location, and will work a hybrid schedule consisting of remote and on-site work to improve user adoption and efficiency.

Requirements

We prefer a bachelor's degree in communications, digital media, social media or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a related field.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content.
Basic IT Knowledge and willingness to learn custom applications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of screen recording, video editing software, and graphic design a plus.

Responsibilities

Build a communication plan for application roadmaps, releases, and general tool information.
Create scripts, storyboards, and structured tutorials.
Work with senior engineers to develop and implement engaging training videos.
Author documentation for implemented tools and applications.
Complete assignments independently within project schedule and budgetary requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.
