Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 years experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) a plus.
• Experience with clinical/patient interactions a plus
• Position requires a working knowledge and experience with the following computer packages: Microsoft Office (including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outstanding interpersonal and organization skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the day to day operations of the Prevention and Research Center including research operations and clinical activities.
• Clinical activities will include patient scheduling, medical record management, clinical data entry and billing submission.
• Research operations support will include basic office duties, preparation of research grants and manuscripts, data entry.
• Assisting in the conduct of research studies including patient recruitment and data entry.
