The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting a team of Pest Control Technicians within an assigned service area. This role oversees a group of 10–15 technicians, managing daily field operations, coaching performance, and fostering professional growth to ensure exceptional customer service. The Field Supervisor also delivers safe and effective pest management solutions, evaluates new customer needs, tracks service activities, and ensures performance goals are met. Accurate recordkeeping and timely reporting to management are essential components of this position. Who You Are... This role requires clear communication, organization, and a commitment to safety, professionalism, and effective pest management solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pest control or in a managerial/supervisory role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, train, and evaluate a team of technicians, including performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and staff communication
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration, and customer service skills to support daily operations, training, and professional interactions with customers and internal teams
  • Ensure quality of work, vehicle condition, and service standards, including visiting trouble accounts as needed
  • Manage scheduling, route optimization, reporting, paperwork, timecards, and PTO approvals accurately and on time
  • Analyze operational reports and effectively use technology, including PestPac, route optimization tools, smartphones, and computers
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members in partnership with branch leadership
  • Maintain flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional weekends
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and accessing tight or elevated spaces
  • Maintain required licenses, certifications, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail
