About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our high-performance concrete (GFRC) department. This role is responsible for overseeing production, quality, safety, and team development while maintaining a strong presence on the production floor. The ideal candidate will drive operational efficiency, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure production goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage daily operations of the GFRC department Oversee production workflow and adjust staffing to meet demand Ensure product quality meets company standards and specifications Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment Lead, coach, and develop production team members Monitor performance and address employee performance issues Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives tied to internal KPIs Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the production floor Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete, manufacturing, or production supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with GFRC or high-performance concrete preferred
