About The Position

The Tepa Companies are seeking a GFEBS Analyst position that will support a wide range of projects critical to the mission of internal and external clients. As a GFEBS Analyst, you will provide financial and real property management support within GFEBS by reviewing and analyzing commitments, obligations, disbursements, and costs to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Strong understanding of Army real property standards
  • Experience working as a contractor to Federal Government entities, in a structured environment
  • Proficient with GFEBS (including BI/ERP), SAP, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to possess a government-issued access card
  • Strong team player capable of adapting to a changing work environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and short deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new software, procedures, and workflow processes

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes commitments, obligations, disbursements, and costs within GFEBS.
  • Enters, updates, and reconciles real property and financial data for accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Generating and customizing reports (e.g., status of funds, work orders, cost analysis)
  • Ensures data and processes adhere to Army regulations and support audit efforts (like FIAR)
  • Assists with system upgrades, testing new functionalities, and monitoring system performance.
  • Responds to helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting errors, and providing training on GFEBS processes.
  • Prepares deliverables to the client
  • Engage with local client staff and take technical direction from local subject matter experts
