We are seeking a GFEBS Operator to join our federal team supporting the Fort Myer military base in Arlington, VA . Fort Myer is home to the Arlington National Cemetery and our team is responsible for the maintenance and service of the HVAC mechanical and HVAC Controls (Building Automation Systems) for over 100 buildings and residences across the base. This position will be responsible for opening and closing maintenance work requests, creating work order forms and reports using the Army’s GFEBS (General Fund Enterprise Business System) system, answering incoming phone calls and emails to process maintenance and service requests. Under general direction, schedules the day to day activities of the facility maintenance teams. Responsible for processing and administering all work order requests, customer trouble calls and the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Follows up, as needed, to assure customer satisfaction to work order requirements.
