The intern will assist with updating The Museum System (TMS) database and work with a wide range of digital materials—including correspondence, photographs, and provenance records—while organizing documentation related to accessioned artworks. Working closely with the Incoming Loans and Permanent Collection Registrars, the intern will support core registration functions such as processing acquisitions, researching collection inquiries, documenting complex installations, and organizing accession files. The intern will also contribute to key institutional initiatives by processing images and documentation from the inaugural installation of the Geffen Galleries. This is a paid 10-week full-time internship (40 hrs/wk) beginning in June 2026 with a working schedule of Monday–Friday from 8am–5pm at $18.50/hour.
