Step into a Day Running a High-Tech Warehouse You clock in, fire up your handheld, and do a quick walk-by of the label and print stations to be sure everything is flowing. A case queue appears—time to keep our Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) automated warehouse moving. You’ll watch for label jams, feed the Auto Case Erector (ACE), return usable cartons to the system, and guide product from order pick to trailer load. It’s hands-on, fast-paced work that powers Frito-Lay’s distribution engine—and it can open doors across Frito-Lay and our parent company, PepsiCo. What you’ll do Monitor label/print machines and clear any jams promptly. Operate the Auto Case Erector (ACE) safely and efficiently. Sort Empty Carton Recycle and return usable cartons into the GES system. Handle and store carts correctly across the warehouse and within trailers. Pick products to order using required technology and tools. Load trailers by cart or by stacking cases on the trailer floor. Distribute product and support weekly inventory counts. Maintain housekeeping and sanitation (sweep, clean trailers, remove trash, etc.). Schedule and environment Our facility operates 24/7. You may work weekends, holidays, and off shifts. The role is physical—you’ll be on your feet for your entire shift in a warehouse environment that can include extreme temperatures, humidity, loud/hazardous equipment, and slippery surfaces. What it takes 18 years of age or older. Available for weekends, holidays, and off-shift work. Lift 15–50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
