Handling sales
Customer on-boarding
Document verification of a loan portfolio
Daily contact with the customer via phone, email, and chat
Handle inquiries regarding the company's products and services
Identify sales opportunities based on customer needs
Provide professional customer service to new as well as current customers

Requirements

• You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
• Experience in customer support and/or customer databases - sales experience is an advantage
• You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills with extraordinary inter-personal relationship building skills. You must have good communicative skills and the confidence of a sales man.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely
