About The Position

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Requirements

• Título universitario en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas, Derecho, Economía o carrera afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 6 años en cumplimiento fiscal e impuestos corporativos, con profundo conocimiento en normativas locales y experiencia en la supervisión y liderazgo de equipos.
• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
• Dominio de herramientas MS Office, especialmente Excel; conocimientos en sistemas y tecnologías fiscales serán un plus.
• Habilidades clave: pensamiento analítico, comunicación clara y efectiva, organización, adaptabilidad, enfoque en resultados, ética profesional, capacidad de negociación y orientación a la mejora continua mediante tecnología.
