About The Position
A leading geotechnical and construction materials testing company in Arvada, Colorado is seeking a highly motivated Staff Engineer/Project Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field.
- Two to four years of experience in geotechnical engineering or construction materials testing.
- Proficiency in conducting field and laboratory tests, including but not limited to, soil compaction, concrete sampling, and asphalt density testing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to produce accurate and reliable reports for clients.
- Assist in the preparation of geotechnical and materials testing proposals and project budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of field observations, testing results, and project documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
