About The Position

Description Results Statement: To assist in retaining long-term, quality clients and optimizing profitability for the company by executing operations systems, so the client’s needs and expectations of the company’s quality and financial standards are met. Tactical Work: Perform direct project work. Assist in achieve required project financial performance by the following: Organizing field and laboratory work within project scope and budget as directed by the project manager. Performing engineering analyses within project scope and budget as directed by the project manager. Preparing draft reports including required plates and appendices addressing project scope within the project budget as directed by the project manager Addressing internal and client review comments as directed by the project manager Execute activities consistent with commitment management. Execute activities consistent with quality standards. Continuously improve your technical capabilities by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies. Perform work in a safe manner. Maintain a clean, neat workspace. In the case of temporary absence, high activity periods, or staff turnover produce results expected of technicians as needed. Identify project and client issues as early as possible and coordinate resolution with project manager in accordance with company policy. Position Specific Standards: Project work organized or performed within project budget. Project manager informed in advance if project budget is likely to be exceeded. Achieve the following project related goals: Client Net Promoter Score equal to or exceeding 75 Value Delivery Key Strategic Indicator equal to or exceeding +5 Project deliverables provided per schedule agreed with client Project deliverables meet firm quality standards Perform process activities in accordance with schedules set forth in the process documentation Perform direct work on projects at the utilization level planned in the budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree preferred.
