GFT is seeking a Geotechnical Project Engineer to join our Geotechnical Dams & Hydraulics Team in Ohio! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at either our Columbus or Cleveland, Ohio office. What you'll be challenged to do: This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced, motivated Geotechnical Engineer to provide technical input and oversight on large, complex projects. Expertise is required in foundation design; retaining wall design; settlement; ground improvement; cut and fill slope design; evaluation of slope stability, geohazards and landslide remediation; general knowledge of heavy civil construction and specialty geotechnical construction practices, and development of recommendations for linear infrastructure projects.
