The Geotechnical Project Engineer role involves managing and executing geotechnical engineering services from inception to completion. You'll provide critical technical evaluations and recommendations, while also supporting business development, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining client relationships across a wide variety of civil infrastructure projects. Data Evaluation: Interpret and synthesize field and lab geotechnical data to inform accurate engineering decisions. Engineering Expertise: Analyze foundations, slope stability, and ground conditions to offer design solutions and recommendations. Client Communication: Coordinate with subcontractors and clients while identifying new opportunities to expand geotechnical services. Technical Reporting: Prepare technical reports, proposals, and assist in marketing efforts. Leadership: Foster a collaborative team environment, mentor staff, and uphold company standards for safety, quality, and project execution.
