About The Position

Geologist, Lead Key Role: Leverage expertise in earth science to provide laboratory and field support to clients. Apply advanced skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

  • 11+ years of experience in environmental engineering, and soil and rock mechanics
  • Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring environmental control systems to maintain regulatory and company environmental standards
  • Experience c ond ucting analyses of hard and deeply buried underground facilities and the surrounding geology under applied loads, environmental c ond itions, and weapon s effects
  • Experience examining seismic, electrical, or electromagnetics data to characterize underground facilities and hard and deeply buried targets
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Certified Professional Geologist, Professional Geologist ( PG ) License, Certified Hydrologist ( CHG ) , or Certified Environmental Geologist ( CEG ) Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience c ond ucting environment audits and developing solutions to environmental problems
  • Experience managing and overseeing sights
  • Experience utilizing GIS, statistical analysis, analytical, and modeling tools
  • Experience supporting the DoD
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Master's degree in Geology, Geoscience, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
