About The Position

The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for owning key components of campaign execution across U.S. marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, this role ensures campaigns are activated on time, on message, and on strategy—managing day-to-day execution, collaborating across teams, and ensuring all elements are launch-ready. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident owning campaign deliverables from brief to wrap-up. This position plays a critical role in ensuring campaign success during high-impact seasons like Back-to-School and throughout the year.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in marketing or campaign execution roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a focus on detail and follow-through.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, CMS, project management tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and launch of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email, and social platforms.
  • Translate messaging and positioning into channel-ready assets and activation plans.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars, ensuring key milestones are met and launch dates are hit.
  • Collaborate with the Centers of Excellence teams to ensure campaigns align to global objectives and ways of working.
  • Liaise with Product Marketing to gather local insights and ensure message relevance.
  • Work with creative agencies to manage campaign assets, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including briefs, asset trackers, and launch checklists.
  • Monitor and optimize live campaign performance across channels and compile regular reports.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and support monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reporting to surface insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Ensure campaign readiness by managing QA, approvals, asset handoffs, and go-live processes.
  • Maintain a library of campaign materials, templates, and documentation for reuse and consistency.
