About The Position

Infosys is seeking Genesys cloud Architect This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Wilmington, DE Charlotte, NC Addison, TX OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 7years of experience in Genesys 7 yrs of exp in IVR Application Development, API integration, Java, planning of implemention, and maintains the technology infrastructure for contact centers, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Work with various technologies, including telephony, CRM systems, cloud platforms, integrations, build various adapters for Genesys Clouds and security protocols, to create efficient and customer-centric contact center solutions. Functionalities of Agent softphone, Nice Recorder, Reporting Architecture would be added advantage. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications: 7 yrs of exp in IVR Application Development, API integration, Java, planning of implemention, and maintains the technology infrastructure for contact centers, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Work with various technologies, including telephony, CRM systems, cloud platforms, integrations, build various adapters for Genesys Clouds and security protocols, to create efficient and customer-centric contact center solutions. Functionalities of Agent softphone, Nice Recorder, Reporting Architecture would be added advantage. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face
