Requirements

Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and circuits, including trenching and underground work.
Test newly-installed generators to ensure proper function and resolve issues on the spot.
Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
Pursue certifications if needed – we invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
