About The Position

The Quotations Specialist (Electrical & Generators) at plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by preparing accurate and competitive quotations for electrical and generator products. The Quotations Specialist is responsible for pricing, coordinating technical details, and ensuring the overall quality and compliance of proposals.

Requirements

Experience in quotation preparation, preferably in electrical and generator products
Strong understanding of electrical and power generation equipment and terminology
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with quotation and CRM software tools
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for electrical and generator equipment based on customer requirements and specifications.
Collaborate with sales representatives and engineering teams to gather necessary technical information for quotations.
Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product information.
Review and ensure compliance of quotations with company policies and customer requirements.
Maintain quotation records and documentation to ensure traceability and ease of access.
Assist in developing quotation templates and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Follow up with customers and sales team on status of quotations and address any questions or issues.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations to customers.
