Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with home generators.
  • Experience trouble shooting generators.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
  • Sell top-of-the-line residential generators.
  • Provide expert consultations and create custom solutions for homeowners.
  • Perform basic load calculations to recommend the right generator size.
  • Explain technical features such as automatic transfer switches, fuel options, and maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate with installation teams to ensure proper site preparation and compliance with electrical codes.
  • Stay up to date on manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.
  • Build lasting relationships and deliver peace of mind to every customer.
