Flender is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused, and commercially driven professional to lead the growth of our Winergy Generator Service Portfolio across North America. This role blends business development, technical support, indirect sales, partner enablement, and the expansion of service offerings such as field services, shop repairs, training, and spare parts kits. Reporting to the Wind Segment Manager, the individual will be fully embedded in the Flender Corporation Sales organization and act as a bridge between regional sales, service execution, product management, and third-party service providers, the successful candidate will drive market visibility, business development, and cross-functional collaboration aligned with Flender’s long-term growth strategy.
