The People & Culture Generalist is responsible for working closely with the People & Culture Manager, and People & Culture team as well as keeping an open door policy for all employees at DLF USA Inc. and associated companies. This role assists the US People & Culture department in carrying out a variety of administrative and operational tasks. They are responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating People & Culture activities, and addressing routine employee inquiries. The role ensures smooth execution of People & Culture functions while upholding company policies and labor law compliance. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as a strong sense of confidentiality and attention to detail. The People & Culture Generalist plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and supporting the overall goals of the organization.
