About The Position

The Generalist IV, Faculty and Learner Experience provides comprehensive support to leadership and collaborators by managing administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This role is responsible for providing cross functional support within the college and ensuring organizational efficiency, a positive collaborator experience, and compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of 4-5 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred
Experience in professional communication drafting and technical writing preferred

Responsibilities

Manages calendars, emails, and scheduling for leadership
Supports committees and meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation
Supports compliance and credentialing through licensure verification for current nursing faculty and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements through documentation and record keeping
Oversees the tracking of continuing education units and professional development activities to support faculty and staff growth
Manages specific assigned projects from the leadership team
Organizes travel arrangements for academic operations and experiential learning activities
Assists with observations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures set out by the college
Ensures accuracy, organization, and retrievability of files and records
Manages collaborator inquiries professionally and promptly
Assists with collaborator relations, policy administration, and compliance with applicable laws
Facilitates functional processes and cross-functional events
Participates in the successful implementation of projects as needed
Other administrative duties as assigned
