About The Position

Arhaus is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team! We have added a new shift to our distribution center and are now hiring for our weekend shift! General Warehouse Associate II are responsible for all aspects of receiving, storing, and issuing of merchandise in support of customer fulfillment operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a distribution and/or warehouse setting preferred
• The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft.
• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
• Working knowledge of computer programs
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including unloading, loading, picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull and Pick - Operate power mobile material handling equipment. Retrieve all items for delivery or picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas
• Load - Load furniture into trucks for delivery to hubs, stores and customer homes
• Receive - Receive shipments from across the globe, check furniture and accessories shipments in, unload, and rack in distribution center
• Package - Handle returns from stores and customers, and rack into distribution center
• Generate paperwork used for movement of merchandise within the distribution center
