The salary for this position is $414,000 annually, based on a full-time schedule. Compensation is prorated for part-time roles. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Board Certified or Board Eligible General Surgeon to join a busy, well-established community General Surgery practice serving the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts at Cooley Dickinson Hospital.
