Requirements
- 8+ years experience in the industry. (commercial and industrial plumbing, mechanical, process and HVAC contracting)
- Strong mechanical and plumbing skillset with emphasis on quality, safety, productivity.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Independent decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop approach for projects.
- Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities.
- Monitor process, performance and quality of work.
- Keep proper and complete documentation of project.
- Provide training, mentoring, coaching and leadership to field personnel.
