About The Position

The General Service Technician role is a full-time or part-time hourly position, dependent on business needs. This position is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The technician is expected to provide exceptional 5-Star service to guests by effectively communicating vehicle issues and proposed solutions, while consistently meeting guest expectations for time commitments and quality.
