Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of General Sales Manager experience overseeing full variable operations
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop winning teams
  • Strong record of high CSI performance and sustainable profitability
  • Experience managing showroom and internet traffic, including digital marketing strategies
  • Background leading or partnering with a BDC department
  • Expertise in used vehicle sourcing, pricing, and retail strategy
  • Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Alignment with Drive Family First values: integrity, accountability, and people-first leadership

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales leadership and consultants with a servant-leader mindset
  • Drive performance while maintaining a customer-first, ethical sales process
  • Oversee showroom operations with expert product, inventory, and process knowledge
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales, internet, F&I, and management teams
  • Conduct consistent training focused on growth, accountability, and best practices
  • Monitor and improve CSI performance through culture, communication, and execution
  • Implement and manage CRM processes to ensure consistent follow-up and guest care
  • Oversee delivery processes, ensuring a strong transition into service and ownership
  • Manage sales volume, gross profit, forecasting, and expense control
  • Lead used vehicle acquisition, merchandising, pricing, and marketing strategies
  • Support desk managers and F&I leaders to maximize performance and profitability
