Powersports Sales Management Experience is Required. The General Sales Manager (GSM) is responsible for leading all sales operations for a high-volume powersports dealership, including new and pre-owned unit sales, F&I production, digital lead management, and sales team performance. This role requires a disciplined, hands-on leader with strong process control, KPI accountability, and the ability to drive consistent execution in a fast-paced retail environment. The GSM will play a critical role in revenue growth, margin performance, inventory management, and team development while partnering closely with the General Manager to achieve store objectives.
