Compensation & Benefits Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. General Production has a minimum starting rate of $20.62/hour, with regular increases reaching $23.33/hour. An additional shift premium of $2.00/hour applies for 2nd & 3rd shift. Responsibilities

  • Crating – Assembling crates around our finished product by reading blueprints and using pneumatic hand tools.
  • Assembling – Review unit assembly drawings & electronic schematics to identify placement of components/sensors.
  • You will work in production systems including SAP and MII
  • You will operate basic hand/power/air tools
