Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documents
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math (including fractions)
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (ERP/MRP experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to ___ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to workplace safety and procedures
