SUMMARY: – Bone In Ham · Working with raw meat products (ham). · Racking - Requires placing 5–36 lb hams on racks, bending, twisting, stooping, and standing. After racking hams on one side of the rack Team Member will have to push and pull and turn the Rack to place hams on the other side. · Push racks - Requires pushing racks weighting 800-- 2000 lbs. to other locations of the department. · Tipper Tie - Requires standing and gripping, pulling netted product in to position with one hand and pressing a switch to apply a clamp with the other hand. · Cutting Tails - Requires using scissors or knife, gripping, and standing. · Net Ruckers - Requires putting netting over a canister and placing canister on the table. Will have to lift netting to stand. Weight is approximately 20 pounds, canisters are self-loading. · Placing casings on horns - Requires hand/finger grip, · Slop - Requires lifting buckets 5-25 pounds, bending, bending downward to lift container of product and place on table. · Stuffer- Placing raw product in to horn and hand stuffing product into netting. · Forklift and Pallet jack activity in the area Ergonomic stands range in height 3 in. to 12 in. · Wiping ceilings down with ceiling mop. · Using a rake to pull hams muscles into the pump machine and repeating process throughout the day.
