About The Position

The General Production role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and inspecting cheese products in a fast‑paced environment. Duties include loading cheese onto production lines, performing quality checks, monitoring automated equipment, and completing accurate production and regulatory documentation. Associates will be assigned a department upon hire (ex. dice/shred, aged, etc) vacuum packing, salting, peeling packaging, or tying product as required. The position also maintains sanitation standards, ensures proper labeling and coding, identifies product or equipment issues, and provides support across the department as needed. Requirements

  • High School or GED preferred
  • Three (3) months or more of related work experience and/or training in a food manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
