About The Position

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Continuously drive the facility's culture toward a Safety conscious environment. Challenge status quo Safety behaviors, engage in Safety initiatives and attend all Safety related training. Drive for and ensure work product remain in or exceed the standards and specifications established by Quality Assurance and Compliance. Initiate and drive continuous improvement within the department, operations, and other areas of the facility as part of the team to ensure plant sustainability. Engage and support a team environment within the department and across the facility. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety policies and other policies as outlined by the Company. Production Operator will ensure proper specification on product Track downtime downstream of filler and other applicable downtime equipment with the area, Perform required weight and code checks at correct intervals. Clean machine regularly during production, maintain floor cleanliness and complete all required Master Sanitation Schedule items daily, Pass on information to incoming shift Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience, preferred Must be able to read, write and speak English An Equal Opportunity Employer
