FLSA Status: Non-exempt Summary: Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, and perform quality work safely, in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Requirements

Must have a strong work ethic
Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
Must understand safety procedures
Must have good teamwork skills
Must have excellent attendance
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Any specialized construction/manufacturing experience is highly preferred and will be given priority consideration
Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired.
