We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled General Production I - Molding 2nd Shift to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for performing a variety of repetitive manual and machine assembly operations including loading/unloading, preliminary quality inspection, and final part packaging.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination required with an attention to detail.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- This position is at our East Hanover, NJ location.
Responsibilities
- Manually assembles and/or inspects product per SPIs.
- Operates “simple” equipment to complete product assembly and/or test.
- Assures quality specifications are met using “simple” in-process inspection methods
- Assures that production and scrap is documented as required.
- Maintains proper dress code and a clean and well-organized workstation.
- Readies final product for shipment by using proper packaging and labeling procedures.
