About The Position

The Harvest department is the first stage of beef processing, where employees work with fresh product. This area involves warm/hot temperatures, exposure to moisture, and a fast paced production environment

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legal to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Nice To Haves

  • Meat processing, butcher, or knife-handling experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
  • Ability to work in a hot, humid, fast paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Removing hide, fat, membranes, or defects from muscle and tissue
  • Performing production tasks in a hot, fresh product environment
  • General use of knives, saws, hooks, or other hand tools
  • Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
  • Working safely around heavy equipment and moving production lines
