Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate production equipment and material handling devices
  • Basic math and reading skills to interpret work instructions and production documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Production Operations: Operate assigned equipment, tools, and machinery in accordance with work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
  • Material Handling: Move raw materials, components, and finished goods within the facility using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).
  • Assembly & Processing: Perform assembly, installation, inspection, testing, or packaging tasks as required by the production process.
  • Quality Verification: Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality requirements; report defects or discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation: Complete production reports, quality checks, work orders, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor machinery performance; identify and report malfunctions, maintenance needs, or safety concerns immediately.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, maintain a clean and organized work area, and support 5S initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in lean initiatives and support efforts to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
