RESPONSIBILITIES • Production Operations: Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment used in the production of HPB Joint Packs in accordance with established procedures and production schedules. • Assembly & Packaging: Assemble components, inspect materials, and package finished joint packs to meet quality and customer specifications. • Quality Control: Perform in-process inspections, verify part numbers and quantities, and report defects or non-conformances to supervisors. • Material Handling: Safely move raw materials and finished goods using approved material handling equipment while ensuring proper storage and organization. • Equipment Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, identify irregularities, and notify maintenance or leadership of mechanical issues. • Documentation: Accurately complete production records, quality check sheets, and inventory documentation in a timely manner. • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies, wear required PPE, and follow standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals. QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred • Ability to operate or learn to operate basic production and material handling equipment • Basic math and measurement skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS This position requires standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. • Exposure to machinery, moderate to high noise levels, and varying temperatures within a production setting • Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and use of hand tools • Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as needed TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED No travel required for this position.
