About The Position

RESPONSIBILITIES • Production Operations: Safely operate IMPB machinery and equipment in alignment with standard operating procedures and production schedules. • Assembly & Packaging: Assemble, label, and package joint packs to meet company and customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and consistency. • Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections, verify quantities and part numbers, and report any product defects or deviations to supervisors. • Material Handling: Safely move raw materials and finished goods using approved handling equipment and maintain proper inventory organization. • Equipment Monitoring: Observe equipment performance, detect operational issues, and promptly communicate concerns to maintenance or leadership. • Documentation & Reporting: Complete production records, quality check sheets, and inventory logs accurately and on schedule. • Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements; participate in safety training and initiatives. • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace consistent with 5S and continuous improvement practices. • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and support department objectives. QUALIFICATIONS • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred • Ability to safely operate production and material handling equipment • Basic math and reading comprehension skills for following instructions • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS This position involves standing for extended periods, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. • Exposure to machinery, production noise, varying temperatures, and industrial materials • Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and use of hand tools • Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED No travel is required for this position.
