The General Manager's primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the Store in compliance with established policies and procedures. This role involves planning and implementing daily operations of the Collision Center to ensure overall Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and insurance metrics are met. The General Manager is also responsible for coaching and empowering each team member's performance and success, promoting and maintaining the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers, and ensuring alignment with all team members for a successful customer experience. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times.
