About The Position
Sunridge Hotel Group is searching for a General Manager for its 80 room Hampton Inn & Suites, located in Cottonwood, AZ. The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hotel including but not limited to: Meeting or exceeding monthly and yearly revenue goals and leading the market in sales performance. Managing labor and other controllable operating expenses. Maintaining the highest Guest Satisfaction Scores by promoting a friendly service culture and keeping a clean and well-maintained hotel. Keeping the hotel compliant with all franchise and Hilton brand standards consistently each day. Creating and maintaining a positive work environment with the staff so in turn, our guests can have positive experiences in the hotel. Preferred candidates should have at least one year of manager experience in a major franchised hotel operation (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, etc.).
