About The Position

The Flow Express Car Wash is seeking a driven and motivated General Manager who is ready to pursue excellence in every aspect of the business. This leader will inspire their team, take ownership of operations, and ensure every guest receives a world-class customer experience. If you are passionate about leadership, operational excellence, and developing people, this could be the opportunity for you! The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the car wash, including staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and facility maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, sales awareness, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining a positive and productive team environment. This full time position requires open availability including evenings and weekends. With the opportunity to earn $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Supervise and coordinate daily car wash operations including staff scheduling and workflow management
  • Ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maintain optimal equipment performance
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets, including revenue targets and operating expenses
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost control strategies when necessary
  • Maintain accurate operational and financial records
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement training programs that strengthen employee skills and promote a motivating workplace culture
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and build loyalty
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the car wash industry
