Requirements

Management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (GM or AGM role)
A passion for hospitality and an in-depth knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and refined cocktails
A hands-on, ownership-driven mentality with a strong work ethic
An authentic, honest, and enthusiastic personality
The ability to deliver once-in-a-lifetime guest experiences, support staff, and problem solve in real time
Desire to grow and be developed as an individual, as well as the desire to develop others of all ages and skill levels
Well-versed in financials, inventory oversight, and team scheduling

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and staff with confidence, integrity, and a strong presence on the floor
Inspire, train, and mentor a high-performing team through clear communication and hands-on leadership
Uphold and model our culture of genuine hospitality and excellence
Demonstrate financial acumen, including budgetary oversight, cost control, and labor management
Ensure compliance with food safety and operational protocols
Manage property needs and guest experience with equal care
Maintain strong communication between front- and back-of-house to ensure seamless service.
Uphold cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards across all shifts.
Keep accurate records of service, staffing, maintenance needs, and daily performance in manager logs.
