Requirements

4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
CPR/AED certification required
Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and member satisfaction
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
Hands-on, action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments

Responsibilities

Lead & Inspire Build and lead a high-energy, high-performing team
Coach, mentor, and develop staff to exceed expectations
Drive a positive, results-focused club culture
Drive Sales & Growth Lead membership and personal training sales initiatives
Track results, hit targets, and keep the team accountable
Grow community relationships and expand Crunch’s brand presence
Operate with Excellence Ensure smooth daily operations with top-notch cleanliness, safety, and organization
Handle member concerns quickly and professionally
Collaborate with support teams to keep everything running flawlessly
Master Financial Performance Own the club budget, hitting revenue goals and managing expenses
Track key metrics and report progress to ensure consistent results
