Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership/management experience (fitness industry a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPR/AED certification required
- Proven track record in team leadership, operations, and member satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
- Hands-on, action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
