Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in hotel operations (GM or strong AGM ready for the next step)
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, guest satisfaction drivers, and brand standards
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple departments (dual or multi‑property experience is a plus!)
  • Passion for team development and cultivating a fun, inclusive workplace
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of successful hotel performance
  • A natural people‑person who thrives on connection, communication, and energizing others
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive to customer appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team across both Hilton brands, fostering a fun, service-driven culture.
  • Deliver an excellent guest experience by ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent brand standards.
  • Drive strong business performance through smart revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Partner with sales and ownership to grow market share, strengthen community presence, and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee all hotel functions, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage areas.
