We are seeking a motivated and results-driven General Manager to lead operations, grow memberships, and create an exceptional client experience. Position Overview The General Manager will oversee daily operations across our fitness studio and wellness center , ensuring exceptional service, strong membership growth, and smooth team management. This leader will drive sales, retention, and operational excellence while maintaining the welcoming and energetic environment our community expects.

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or sales
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate a team
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the fitness studio and wellness center
  • Lead, train, and manage staff members

  • Follow up on leads and convert tours into memberships
