General Managers are hands-on operators, floating in all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes, managing breaks, and aiming for good customer survey results. After closing at 2pm, it usually takes 30-45 minutes to close and prep for the next day, with administrative tasks like scheduling, ordering, or inventory often done before opening or after everyone leaves. The role also includes taking the daily deposit to the bank, ensuring completion well before dinner time. The company provides 5 weeks of training for this position.
