Develop and nurture a team of Management and Line Staff members that are directed towards the achievement of the hotel’s goals and priorities. Fully implement and utilize the integrated goal planning and performance appraisal processes. Provide first-rate hospitality to every guest. Lead the hotel in an entrepreneurial fashion. Focus on opportunities to build and expand our business volume. Ensure compliance with HR, safety, security, and risk management standards. Hold leadership teams accountable for fostering associate engagement, overseeing training, managing performance, and driving robust succession planning. Actively manage guest recovery scores and online reputation. Maintain and support the organization's professional image and high ethics. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hotel industry. General Manager experience preferred Ability to interact with others in an honest, fair, and respectful manner. Proven track record of meeting budgets, understanding P&L statements, and cost controls. Sales and Revenue Management experience preferred Excellent communication, leadership, organization, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills. Requirements
